Marvel mogul Stan Lee has been granted an order of protection against a former business manager accused of making bogus 911 calls about the 95-year-old comics icon. Keya Morgan, 42, who just a few months ago had been described by Lee as his only trusted partner, has been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the Marvel creator for the next three years, according to the New York Daily News. Morgan must also keep his distance from Lee’s daughter, Joan, and his brother, Larry Lieber. “Stan Lee and his family are very pleased that the court granted their request for an order to protect Stanley from further harassment and interruption in his life,” Lee’s lawyer, Jonathan Freund, told the News. Lee, the co-creator of Spider-Man, Black Panther, Iron Man, X-Men and the Fantastic Four, has been at the center of a vicious battle for control of his assets waged by several members of his inner circle. Morgan, up until recently seen as a loyal ally, was arrested in Los Angeles several weeks ago amid an elder abuse investigation.
