Mad Men Season 4 Premiere Blackout Possible

Mad Men fans with AT&T cable may want to start making plans to view the show’s season premiere elsewhere, as AMC’s hit drama may be the latest victim of the programming-fee wars. The agreement between AT&T and Rainbow Media Inc. (a subsidiary of Cablevision Systems Corp.) for AMC, IFC and WE tv will expire at midnight Wednesday—and AT&T says Rainbow is not budging. If a deal is not reached by that time, the channels will go dark for customers in 22 states, including California and Texas—just prior to Mad Men’s fourth season premiere, which is July 25.
