Vogue Paris’ 90th anniversary issue is very revealing—but not exactly in terms of style. Model Lara Stone covers the October 2010 issue with a mask over her eyes, a Victorian cameo choker around her neck, and her lace glove-covered hands cupping her otherwise exposed breasts. “Vogue Paris has always played the card of audacity," said the magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Carine Roitfeld. "We couldn't do a lukewarm issue." The 662-page issue, which includes congratulatory messages from world-renowned designers, features new editorials and snippets from the magazine’s archives. Roitfeld reportedly plans to celebrate the magazine's 90 years with a Parisian costume ball on September 30.
