Kendall and Kylie Jenner Sued Over Tupac T-Shirts

Kendall and Kylie Jenner have been sued by a commercial photographer for using his photograph of rapper Tupac Shakur on T-shirts the sisters sold for $125 each. Michael Miller is seeking at least $150,000 apiece for each use of his photos in a copyright infringement suit filed in Los Angeles on Friday. Miller says he never gave permission for the Jenners to use his photo. The lawsuit is just the latest fallout from the sisters’ “vintage” T-shirts, which triggered a flurry of criticism after they were put up for sale last month. The T-shirts featured images of music icons like Biggie Smalls, Tupac Shakur, and Ozzy Osbourne, with photos of Kendall and Kylie Jenner superimposed over them in neon colors. Although they managed to sell some of the T-shirts, they stopped selling them late last month after a barrage of criticism from friends and family of the stars featured on the shirts.
