The GOP mastermind gave his predictions in The Wall Street Journal on Thursday for how the next phase of the Republican presidential primary will play out. Rove foresees Romney officially positioning himself as a frontrunner. He also argues that if Rick Santorum loses the Ohio primary, his campaign will effectively be over. “Michigan was Mr. Santorum’s best shot at delivering a fatal blow to Mr. Romney,” Rove writes.
