A 5-year-old boy was mistakenly placed on a flight to Boston when he was supposed to travel to New York. JetBlue employees delivered the wrong boy to his mother, Maribel Martinez, who was expecting to pick up her son, Andy, at John F. Kennedy International Airport. According to the New York Daily News, the airline delivered the wrong boy to Martinez, who was worried that her son had been kidnapped. That child was carrying Andy Martinez’s passport, and was supposed to be heading to Boston. Martinez is suing JetBlue for negligence.
