Someone needs to review his customer relations manual! After entering into a dispute with a passenger, JetBlue flight attendant Steven Slater took to the PA system to hurl expletives at all the passengers onboard, then activated the emergency evacuation slide, grabbed two beers, and slid down it, fleeing into New York City's John F. Kennedy airport. A passenger had disregarded Slater's instructions to stay seated, opting instead to stand up and remove his luggage from the overhead compartment. The luggage hit Slater in the head, and when Slater asked the passenger for an apology, he got brushed off. Commence hissy fit: "To the passenger who called me a m---f--er, f--- you," Slater said over the PA system, before activating the emergency inflatable slide. Police have charged him with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief. Oddly enough, Slater had previously served on JetBlue's in-flight values committee.
