Israel Kills 3 Hamas Commanders

Israel may have failed to take the life of the top commander for Hamas, but it is making clear that it is determined to get rid of the group's leadership. On Thursday, Israel announced it had killed three senior Hamas commanders in an air strike on the Gaza Strip. The men, Mohammed Abu Shammala, Raed al-Attar and Mohammed Barhoum, were killed in a strike on Rafah. The deaths represent the killing of the most senior Hamas leaders since the conflict began.
