ISIS in Egypt Claims to Behead Croat

The Egyptian ISIS affiliate Wilayet Sinai released a video Wednesday purporting to show a militant beheading a Croatian hostage. If confirmed, this marks the first time the group, formerly known as Ansar Beit al-Maqdis, has beheaded a Westerner on behalf of the self-proclaimed Islamic State. The man in the video is said to be Tomislav Salopek, a father of two who worked for a French oil and gas company.
