ISIS Head Reportedly on U.S. Kill List

A U.S. official close to the Obama administration says that the president has already authorized the killing of ISIS leaders. The Washington Free Beacon repors that U.S. intelligence agencies and the military are now permitted to kill Abu Bakr al Baghdadi and other ISIS leaders through targeted strikes (think: drones) because they have been placed on presidential-approved kill list. Baghdadi was declared the caliph, or prophetic leader, of all Muslims on Sunday by ISIS, his own group. ISI military commander Abu-Umar al-Shishani and spokesman Abu-Muhammad al-Adnani are also reportedly on the kill list. The CIA and White House National Security Council declined to comment on the story.
