Iran Starts Playing War Games

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Iran's supreme religious leader, isn't a big fan of America's new nuclear policy, telling state television Thursday that the strategy would led to "atomic threats against Iranian people." In a more dangerous riposte, Iran has stepped up its war game exercises in the Persian Gulf. In his Nuclear Posture Review, President Obama deliberately left the door open to using nuclear weapons against Iran, an administration adviser told The New York Times. A leader of Iran's Revolutionary Guard told state television that the exercises, which will last three days, will demonstrate “Iran’s strength and will against the threats of the enemies."
