Athel Scott's phone number was found in the cellphone of murdered former Bush official John Wheeler, but he has no idea why. Scott, a cab driver who also goes by "Scottie," told investigators he had never gotten a call from Wheeler. The cab driver showed CNN reporters a stack of business cards he hands out to his customers. "I give out these cards all the time to people looking for business. Maybe someone gave him my card," Scott said. Wheeler's body was found in a Delaware landfill on New Year's Eve, and police suspect that he was tossed into a dumpster in Newark, Delaware, and then picked up by a dump truck. Wheeler's freshman roommate from West Point says that his friend weighed at least 225 pounds and two people would have had to have lifted him to place his body in a dumpster. Speculation has been rampant since Wheeler's death, but no motives have emerged.
