‘Innocence of Muslims’ to Stay on YouTube

Ouch. An actress who claims she was tricked into appearing in the Innocence of Muslims, the anti-Islam film that sparked violent protests across the Middle East last summer, was denied on Friday her request to have the video removed from YouTube. The request for a court order was her second, although she plans to appeal the decision. The judge in the case ruled that the actress was unlikely to prevail on grounds of copyright infringement. She claims that because the clip posted to YouTube did not have her approval it should be taken down. The court's counterclaim? It's YouTube.
