20 civilians were killed on Saturday at a dam construction site in southwestern Pakistan by a large group of gunmen. The shooting took place in Baluchistan province, where nationalist and separatists Baluch groups have rebelled against the government. The gunmen overpowered eight security guards at a labor camp and shot the workers as they slept. "We will chase them down and brought them to justice," Baluchistan Home Minister Sarfaraz Bugti said. "We need help in this war against terrorists. Alone, we cannot fight."
