Girl Scout Sells Cookies at Weed Clinic

An enterprising San Francisco Girl Scout set up her cookie shop in a local medical marijuana clinic, hoping to catch smokers with the munchies. Danielle Lei, 13, sold 117 boxes of Girl Scout cookies in her first two hours outside The Green Cross, which her mom says is 37 more than she sold in the same time span at a Safeway. The dispensary's owners were immediately on board with the idea when they got the request, and its employees were some of Danielle's first customers.
