George Obama to Pen Memoir

Obama book mania has extended to Huruma, Kenya: the president’s half-brother, Geroge Obama, has just a signed six-figure book deal with Simon & Schuster. He’ll pen a memoir called Homeland, about his experiences crime as a teen which lead him to community organizing. Little was known about the George Obama, 27, who is the youngest of the president’s siblings, until he became the subject of several news reports during the presidential campaign. “Even had George Obama not been our President’s half brother,” said David Rosenthal at Simon & Schuster, “his story is moving and inspirational.”
