Four Foreigners Killed in Afghanistan

A Taliban suicide bomber on a motorbike detonated his explosives inside an American compound near the Kabul airport, killing at least four foreigners, thought to be Nepalese and Peruvian, and wounding six more. The building was used by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration and was guarded by foreign forces. The Taliban claimed on Twitter to have killed 15 “agents” in a foreign intelligence base. “The foreigners were exercising inside at the time,” said Kabul Police Chief Zahir Zahir.
