Has France finally hit back at us over “freedom fries”? The French fast-food chain Quick has unveiled a “foie gras burger.” The “Supreme Foie Gras” includes duck foie gras, beef, and lettuce, and it costs less than seven bucks. It will only be on sale for three days, between December 17 and 19. The move is sure to upset animal-rights activists, who protest the force-feeding of birds used to make foie gras. Quick has 350 stores around France.
