St. Petersburg police arrested a woman who they said used a taser on her own 3-year-old child. Ramona Braswell, 30, faces a single charge of child abuse. She was released from the Pinellas County Jail after posting $5,000 bond, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office. According to the arrest affidavit, Braswell “intentionally touched her 3-year-old in the arm with an electric taser, causing visible injuries.” No information was available on the extent of injuries. Braswell was arrested at her home. Police said she has a history of arrests.
