Taste of the Nation benefits Share Our Strength—or, more specifically, No Kid Hungry, which aims to make sure that by 2015 every kid in America has enough to eat. The restaurant roster is staggering (more than 50 including Blue Hill, Gramercy Tavern, and Red Rooster), and there are more than 10 top mixologists and a dozen authors signing cookbooks.
