We're feeling a little out of the loop here. Despite assurances from the Obama administration that millions of Americans have visited the new health insurance marketplace website, documents show that enrollment has been very slow, due to technical problems prohibiting many from signing up. According to "war room" meeting notes, only six enrollments had occurred in the first 24 hours after the launch on Oct. 1. By the end of the next day, there were 248 enrollments noted. To reach the campaign's goal of seven million by the beginning of March, there must be an average of 39,000 people signing up daily. The White House has declined to give numbers on how many policies have been sold.
