Federer Knocked Out of Australian Open

Andreas Seppi knocked Roger Federer out of the Australian Open in the third round on Friday, upsetting the world’s No. 2 at Melbourne Park. The loss (4-6, 6-7, and 6-4) is the earliest exit for Federer at the Australian Open since 2001 and the first time he lost before reaching the fourth round of a grand slam since the 2004 French Open.
