Ex-Superintendent Caught Pooping Underneath School Bleachers Says Cops ‘Ruined’ His Life

The lawyer for a former New Jersey superintendent who was caught pooping under a high school's bleachers on a “daily basis” called on the state's attorney general to open a probe into how his mugshot got distributed to the public, reports. “The Holmdel Police Department’s actions were the height of willful misconduct, professional irresponsibility, and a total disdain for the law,” attorney Matthew Adams wrote in a 10-page letter to Attorney General Gubir Grewal, claiming that ex-superintendent Thomas Tramaglini's life was “ruined.” After Tramaglini was caught pooping regularly under Holmdel High School's bleachers, police posted Tramaglini's booking photo on its Facebook page. Adams, in the letter, said the “type of police misconduct outlined undermines our criminal justice system.” Tramaglini pleaded guilty to one count of defecating under the bleachers late last year, was fined $500, and stepped down from his role at Kenilworth Public Schools. Adams maintains Tramaglini was in a medical emergency when pooping on the school's property.
