Ex-Christie Spox Bucks Trump, Will Vote Clinton

Maria Comella, the former spokeswoman for New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, is bucking her party and voting for Hillary Clinton in November over her objections to Donald Trump, the GOP’s presidential nominee. “Instead of trying anything remotely like unifying the country, we have a nominee who would rather pick fights because he views it as positive news coverage,” Comella told CNN. Christie is one of Trump’s most prominent surrogates, and was even in the running to be the billionaire businessman’s running mate. “I’m voting for Hillary Clinton in November and I’m voting for her because I don’t believe it’s enough to say you aren’t for Donald Trump.”
