EgyptAir Hijacker Posed for Picture on Plane

It turns out a 26-year-old hostage on the hijacked EgyptAir flight Tuesday pulled the ultimate millennial move: He posed for a selfie with his alleged captor. British man Ben Innes told reporters that because he wasn’t sure whether the hijacker, Seif Eldin Mustafa, really had a bomb strapped to his torso, he had “nothing to lose” and asked for a photograph with the man holding him captive. As it turns out, the Egyptian hijacker’s bomb vest was fake and he only took over the plane to deliver a four-page letter to his ex-wife in Cyprus.
