Bourbon lovers, your love of the whiskey could make you rich. A Kentucky sheriff is offering a $10,000 reward for a prized bourbon stolen in an October burglary. Thieves stole 195 bottles of 20-year-old Pappy Van Winkle’s Family Reserve and 27 bottles of 13-year-old Van Winkle Reserve Family Rye from the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort. The bourbon is valued at around $26,000. “We’re just trying to get Pappy home,” said Franklin County Sheriff Pat Melton. Detectives have been monitoring Craigslist, eBay, and bourbon blogs for the prized whiskey, which is one of the most sought-after in the world.
