Cosby Lawyers Up for Criminal Probe

Bill Cosby is lawyering up as criminal prosecutors reinvestigate the 2005 sexual-assault complaint against him. In a civil suit, former Temple University employee Andrea Constand says Cosby served as a mentor to her, until she visited him at home and he gave her three pills, “for stress.” She says she then woke up with her clothes askew; Cosby admits he had sexual relations with her that night but insists it was consensual. Dozens of women have come forward with similar accusations against the comedian.
