Cops Mull Charges in Walmart Attack

Los Angeles police said Sunday that they are still considering charges for the Walmart shopper who pepper-sprayed a crowd of customers in the midst of a Black Friday frenzy over an Xbox. The woman turned herself in after video of the attack was aired on television, and was released while police investigated the incident. About 20 people complained of suffering from being pepper-sprayed. "We have a ton of witnesses and victims to interview," LAPD officer Bruce Borihanh told the Los Angeles Times. "We know who she is."
