Clegg Considers Power-Sharing

With the hung parliament results from Thursday’s election weighing heavily on the United Kingdom, Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg is considering a power-sharing scenario with Conservative David Cameron, whose party came away with a plurality of votes. Clegg is also in talks with Labour’s Gordon Brown, the current prime minister. BBC News reports Clegg would consider a deal with Brown if a resolution cannot be made with Cameron. Despite the tension, all three leaders appeared together at the Cenotaph to honor VE Day.
