Citibank App Charges Twice

If you’re a user of the Citbank bill-pay app on the iPad, you may have been charged twice because of a technical glitch. The problem began last July and went undetected until December, although a Citi spokesman said the bank “immediately fixed” the bug and reimbursed customers. He also claims that fewer than 2 percent of iPad transactions were charged twice, although the number of customers affected was not given.
