While Donald Trump's rise as the likely Republican presidential nominee may frighten a lot of people, it certainly makes CBS News chief executive Les Moonves happy. During his Monday morning remarks at the Morgan Stanley Technology, Media & Telecom Conference in San Francisco, Moonves said of the Trump candidacy: "It may not be good for America, but it's good for CBS." He touted the increased ad revenue from media coverage of Trump and his antics: "Donald's place in this election is a good thing." He added that the campaign, thus far, has been a "circus" full of pure mud-slinging: "Most of the ads are not about issues. They're like the debates."
