Car Kills 8 Cyclists in Italy

A driver whose license had been revoked for dangerous driving six months before killed eight cyclists and injured four others on a southern Italian road yesterday. The driver, a Moroccan citizen, was trying to pass another car on a two lane road, in good visibility and driving conditions, when he plowed head-on into the pack of cyclists. His license had been revoked six months before for dangerous driving, and he tested positive for marijuana.
