Camera Sneaked Into Supreme Court

Coming soon to a corner near you: a bootleg DVD of McCutchen vs. FEC. Someone managed to sneak a hidden camera into the Supreme Court chambers during Wednesday's oral arguments, and posted the video on YouTube on Thursday. For decades, the justices have fought against television cameras coming into the courtroom—even still photography isn't allowed. (Audio is released days after oral arguments.) A man seated near the cameraman got up to say "corporations are not people, money is not speech, and our democracy should not be for sale." That guy was kicked out, but apparently the cameraman was not.
