Buffett: Candidates Are Wrong on Economy

In a letter to Berkshire Hathaway shareholders, businessman Warren Buffett said that presidential candidates who hype economic woes are "dead wrong." "It's an election year, and candidates can't stop speaking about our country's problems (which, of course, only they can solve)," Buffett wrote. Because of this outlook, he wrote, many believe that their children's future is worse off. "That view is dead wrong: The babies being born in America today are the luckiest crop in history," Buffett said.
