Boston Suspects: More Attacks Planned?

Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev may have had further attacks planned beyond the Boston Marathon, authorities told The New York Times on Monday. When police first encountered the two bombing suspects, they were armed with ammunition, explosives, and several guns, and the driver of the Mercedes-Benz they hijacked said the brothers told him they were heading to New York. But Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis insisted on CBS’s Face the Nation on Sunday that police “have reason to believe, based upon the evidence that was found at that scene—the explosions, the explosive ordnance that was unexploded, and the firepower that they had—that they were going to attack other individuals.”
