Bomb Kills 15 on Pakistan Commuter Bus

Pakistani officials said a bomb exploded on a bus Wednesday morning, killing at least 15 people in the northwestern city of Peshawar. An improvised device appeared to be planted on the rush-hour bus and exploded, injuring around 30 people, Police Superintendent Kashif Zulfiqar told Al Jazeera. The passengers were government employees headed to work from nearby areas. No one has claimed responsibility, but the city has been rocked by attacks and bombings by the Pakistani Taliban.
