Boko Haram Kills at Least 80 in Nigeria

Boko Haram fighters struck the Nigerian city of Maiduguri on Monday for the first time in months, killing at least 50 people. Rocket-propelled grenades and suicide bombers detonated just as another twin suicide bombing hit nearby Madagali, killing an additional 30, witnesses told the AP. The commanding officer in northeast Adamawa State confirmed the attack but said the total number of casualties has yet to be established.
