Biden to Liberals: 'Stop Whining'

If Democrats are to maintain their control of the House this year, they've got to maintain their dominance in the Northeast. Against that background, Vice President Joe Biden gave a fiery stump speech in New Hampshire Monday, urging his base to "stop whining" and start getting out the vote. "Every one of these [races] is winnable," he told a crowd of activists and donors. Biden's speech is the beginning of a late push for top Democrats to get out on the campaign trail; President Obama will be holding a large rally at a college campus in Madison, Wisconsin, tomorrow.
