A light therapy box! I use one by Northern Light Technologies. It makes such a difference in my mood even just using it 15 minutes per day. It’s been a life saver during these gloomy months.

My collection of books…Some highlights are The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel S.F. Heller, Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer, The War of Art by Steven Pressfield, and Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves.
What’s something you’re recommending to everyone right now?
I recommend breathing to people a lot, which sounds strange, but focusing on your breath is life changing. The Calm app has a helpful tool for an effective breathing technique.
