Bahrain Protester Killed

Bahraini opposition groups said police killed a man during a peaceful protest Friday that was violently quashed by security forces—and the public prosecutor said Saturday they would be investigating the death. The man, identified as Salah Abbas Habib, was found early Saturday morning in a small village outside the capital city of Manama. The government has been cracking down in advance of the Formula 1 Grand Prix event that is taking place Sunday. The race is still scheduled to take place despite the mounting tension.
