Astor's A-List Witnesses

What do Kofi Annan, Henry Kissinger, Annette de la Renta, David Rockefeller, and Barbara Walters have in common? The prosecution may call them to testify in the trial against Brook Astor's son, Anthony Marhsall, and his lawyer, Francis X. Morrissey, the New York Post writes. Marshall and Morrissey stand accused of exploiting the deceased socialite's Alzheimer's to steal property and cash worth $5 to $6 million and of forcing Astor to change her will and of changing the will outright to favor Marshall by an additional $50 million. All the A-listers on the prosecution's 98-name list have potential jurors starstruck. "I think the whole thing is surreal," said a math teacher who ultimately wasn't chosen.
