Ariana Grande has sent “light and warmth” to the survivors of the Manchester Arena terrorist attack on a day of remembrance one year since 22 people were killed at one of her U.K. concerts. Terrorist Salman Abedi detonated a bomb at the end of the concert on May 22, 2017, killing 22 and injuring hundreds of others. “Thinking of you all today and every day 🐝 I love you with all of me and am sending you all of the light and warmth I have to offer on this challenging day,” Grande wrote on Twitter, including a bee emoji—the symbol of Manchester. Remembrance events in the United Kingdom will include a service at Manchester Cathedral and a national minute’s silence. Manchester’s local newspaper printed the names of each victim on its front page marking the tragic anniversary.
