Apple Responds to iPad's Glitches

Apple spent four days riding the wave of selling 300,000 iPads, but now it's dealing with the inevitable fallout from first-generation technology glitches. Already, iPad owners have been complaining about wireless connectivity issues, such as weak signals and the inability to join networks from standby. Apple has already assured customers that the problem isn't the hardware, and blames third-party routers, while offering a simple solution: Create separate names for different Wi-Fi bands, or reset the network settings.
