Amal Clooney to Teach at Columbia

Columbia’s Law School has confirmed that human rights lawyer Amal Clooney, who recently wed actor George Clooney, will be a visiting teacher during the ivy league university's spring semester. She will lecturing on human rights litigation strategies for the Law School’s Human Rights Institute. Amal has represented many high profile cases, such as WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange’s extradition proceedings, internationally and served as a senior advisor to Kofi Annan in Syria.
