Alleged Uber Shooter Dragged Out of Court Over Outburst

The uber driver accused of a shooting spree in Kalamazoo, Michigan, was dragged by deputies out of court after yelling out during a victim’s testimony. Jason Dalton yelled out about “black bags” and spoke incoherently, at one point shouting “Take it, Take it!” Survivor Tiana Carruthers broke down in tears at Dalton’s outburst; she needed to be helped to the stand since she’s still recovering from bullet wounds. Dalton was cautioned to remain quiet during the hearing but kept interrupting, and he will appear via video for the rest. He was dragged from the courtoom after going limp and refusing to walk.
